Answer what people keep asking
Most small businesses get the same ten questions by email every week. Those answers already exist somewhere: a price list, a policy page, a handbook. An assistant reads from those, and you fix a wrong answer by fixing the document.
Keep the sources visible
An answer nobody can check is not worth much. Showing the document and the passage lets a reader judge it, and lets you spot where your own material is out of date.
Decide what it must not do
The most important part of the build is the list of things the assistant refuses and hands to a person. Anything about money, legal risk or a specific person's case usually belongs on that list.
