We help you put AI to work in your business, from strategy and training to the assistants, agents, and custom software that win customers and free up your time.

What we do, and who for.

We are based in the Washington, DC area and work with small businesses across DC, Maryland and Virginia, and anywhere else by video. Most of them are run by people who know their customers well and would rather not spend an evening comparing software.

That is the part we take on: a website that explains a service properly, an assistant that answers the question people keep asking, an agent that prepares a follow-up for you to check, or an afternoon getting more out of a tool you already pay for.

What we care about.

  • Starting small

    One task, done properly, tells you more than a plan for the whole business. If the first step is cheap and reversible, so much the better.

  • Handing over ownership

    Accounts go in your name, and we write down how everything works. You should be able to run what we build without calling us.

  • A cybersecurity background

    We come from cybersecurity, and it shapes how we build. Access stays at the minimum the work needs, and we agree upfront what information should never go into a tool.

  • Training, so tools get used

    Software nobody has been shown how to use stays a subscription. We practice on real work until it sticks.

How a project runs

Four steps, in this order.

We agree what should improve, and how we will know it did, before anything bigger starts.

  1. Understand the need

    We look at the task, the tools you have, and the points where time or information gets lost.

  2. Agree the next step

    Compare the options. Set the scope, the cost, and what a good result will look like.

  3. Try it on real work

    Build, connect or configure what is needed, then test it against the awkward cases as well as the easy ones.

  4. Hand it over

    Practice together, write down how it works, and agree who owns it from here.
