The building and the checking in happen online, and clients outside the area get the whole thing by video.

An assistant, an agent, a workflow, a website or a small app. Scope and price agreed in writing before anything starts.

A working session with the people who will use it, on site for local clients if the project includes it, plus a short written guide they can keep.

Can you come to our office?
For clients in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia, yes, once a project is agreed and a visit would help, usually for a look at how the work runs or for training your team. We agree that up front as part of the scope. The first conversation is always a video call.
Which areas do you cover?
Washington DC, the Maryland suburbs including Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Columbia and College Park, and Northern Virginia including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean and Reston.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. We work with small businesses anywhere by video call. Being in the DC area means local clients can add an on-site visit to a project when it helps.
How does the first conversation work?
It is a video call of about an hour. You tell us what you want to make easier, and we tell you what we think the first step is, including when that step is not hiring us.
What should we have ready?
Nothing written. It helps if the person who does the work day to day joins the call, because they know where the time goes better than anyone.
Is our business information safe?
It can be, when the tools are set up deliberately. We come from a cybersecurity background, so we check what a tool keeps, who can see it and what it trains on before it touches your business.
