If you are in DC, Maryland or Northern Virginia and the work would genuinely go better face to face, such as a look at how your office runs or a training session with your team, we can arrange a visit as part of the project. The building and the checking in happen online, and clients outside the area get the whole thing by video.

No. We work with small businesses anywhere by video call. Being in the DC area means local clients can add an on-site visit to a project when it helps.
It is a video call of about an hour. You tell us what you want to make easier, and we tell you what we think the first step is, including when that step is not hiring us.
Nothing written. It helps if the person who does the work day to day joins the call, because they know where the time goes better than anyone.
It can be, when the tools are set up deliberately. We come from a cybersecurity background, so we check what a tool keeps, who can see it and what it trains on before it touches your business.
