The need behind the work.

A professor's published work sat behind titles and PDFs, so readers had to know what they were looking for before they started.

What we built

The site, plus an assistant that answers only from his papers, cites the page it used, and can be pointed at a single paper.

How you could use this

Put your manuals, policies or past quotes behind a question box. Staff and customers ask in plain words and get an answer with its source shown.
